She added that Delvey is "a kind and compassionate person who has made mistakes."'

Delvey responded to the discussion on The View in an Instagram post.

"I am grateful to The View for giving my lawyer the opportunity to share my side of the story," she wrote.

"I am not perfect, and I have made mistakes, but I am not a criminal."'

In the post, Delvey also said that she is "looking forward to the day" when she can "clear my name."
